Fresh bread & Croissants + Cereals or Porridge with golden syrup

Bubble and squeek & fried eggs

Orange juice + Fresh fruit + Tea or Coffee

TEA

Tea, Coffee or Hot Chocolate + Devil's Food Cake

DINNER

Montagnarde Salad with goat's cheese, croutons & lardoons

Salmon in dill & lemon wrapped in filo pastry parcels or Vegetable Filo Wrap + beanie bundles wrapped in pancetta + spinach in butter & ground nutmeg + dauphinoise potato

All dishes are made on the premises with fresh local ingredients. Free wine is served with the meal until coffee is served. If more wine is required, you can purchase extra bottles from the chalet bars. Breakfast is from 7.30 till 9.30. Dinner starts between 7.00 & 8.30.
Children can have an earlier sitting if required.
Staff have one day off, normally Wednesdays. On this day breakfast & tea will be left out for you to serve yourselves. Evening dinner can be eaten out in one of the local restaurants.
